Private session
Your teacher is solely dedicated to your needs, your potential, your objectives. The private sessions are held on the different apparatus and on the mat.
2 people / Prices per person
The same principal as the private session but in duo: you can exercise with the person of your choosing, or recommended by your teacher if you wish.
Small Group
Small groups allow for work on the mat and on apparatus fixed to the wall: the Wall Unit. A maximum of 5 per session in order to benefit from the personalised teaching, specific to the Romana’s Pilates method.

Wall Unit :
– By appointment only
– 55 mins, may be modified based on demand
– These hours are not fixed and can be changed based on demand, from 3 pupils onwards a new session is created

We bring the Pilates apparatus to you and adapt to your rhythm.
Within a périmètre of 30 kms from Cagnes-sur-Mer
GOOD TO KNOW !
- All sessions last for 55 minutes and must be booked in advance
- Comfortable, close-fitting clothing preferred
- Non sliding ‘Toed’ socks indispensable
- A medical certificate of aptitude to practice Pilates must be provided
- All sessions must be booked and paid in advance
- For late arrivals, classes will still finish at the planned time
- All fee packages are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, with a validity of 6 months, except for the 20-session package which is 1 year
- A session must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or it will be considered due
- An absentee from the ‘duo’ session converts it into a private session
- Management, at its discretion, can cancel a Wall Unit session if there are not at least 2 participants
- A cancelled class may be re-booked within the same month
- When the studio is closed during the holiday period, missed sessions will be rescheduled
- The sauna may be used only after a Pilates session, for the purposes of hygiene bring a towel
- Also bring your own towel for the shower
